My name is Yamin Shwe Sin, and I came from Myanmar. This is my first semester at City College of New York, and this is also the first time I study in abroad. I majored in Economics, and I always think about how to start my career life in this city.

Firstly, a news about two Reuters’s reporters were arresting for uncovering the truth of what was happened at Inn Din in the Rakhine State attracted me, and the comments below that news were all about that they should be punished and sentenced to jail for lifetime. So, I wondered why there is a large divergence response between the outside world and inside of Myanmar. That is the reason why I chose the Rohingya crisis as my topic. And, I believe that all kinds of religious can live peacefully together if we can be kind and give our respects  to each others instead of prejudice and stereotypes.
